My 3 month baby haven shit for 4 days

Should I bring him to see doctor?
So far he is able to drink milk and stomach not bloated. After drink can burp.
Any advice?

If baby is on breastmilk, it's common to not have poo poo for up to a week for older babies. If on formula, it's likely to be constipation. Does he make straining sounds like trying to poo but nothing comes out?

my baby is on formula taking similac. this problem happens after he want for his vaccination jabs. he also took the rotavirus jab. not sure whether it is related.
if is constipation, what should i do?

edit: my baby just poo! haha really scare the shit out of me...

Try doing the cycling motion of your baby legs but not too fast.Hope this helps your baby poo poo. one more thing is try putting more water in your milk powder like extra 20ml.
