My baby got red bumps ..is it bed bugs?

Recently, noticed my baby skin got some red bumps.. example, the arms area got a few red bumbs (3 or 4) doesn't seem to be mosquito bites.. yesterday, found another 2 near his thigh at the diaper area...

any one encounter this... is it bed bugs..or sand flies?

Does your baby scratch those little bumps? Bed bugs bites are very itchy and your baby may not be the only one who gets it. Anyone at home also experience the same? Also good to examine the beddings for little black stains as presence of such stains could mean existence of bed bugs. You may also wish to look into the crevices of the beddings as bed bugs like to hide in between folds of materials.

he got another few on his thighs when wake up this morning.. is quite stiff..
not allergy to food right?
