i just got a flat this year, already moved in.
minimum stay is 5 years.
which means i can only sell in Jan 2016.

u think i can apply for this dbss? will the constuction completion in 2016?

i've checked on my own. cant buy dbss unit until fulfill the 5year mop. so, giving this a miss.
BTO wise, can apply. but have to calculate accurately on the completion date. usually BTO will complete 1 year b4 the "estimated date". so have to calculate properly.
