my whole place had a 100% make over. nothing leaves behind!
spent 30K on the whole reno ( 3room NG flat ), all the water pipes, windows+grills, floors, walls, painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet, etc )
- without all the accessories(toilet,lightings,fans), Furnitues & electrical appliances

things i didnt do :
1. built in wardrobe in the rooms coz the master bedroom isnt v big, so i gave up the wardrobe space for bb cot instead.
so i bot a 6door wardrobe n put it in the common room. =)
2. any other built in items ( tv console, dressing table...)

spent ard 2K on fujitsu system 2 inverter air con.

no ID involved. Ha. I did all the designing my own.
My contractor, I dont even know the co name.
Not those branded co.
An uncle from Malaysia did it.
He only does Reno on referral basis.

Congrats that ur house is completed but more pics please haha... My reno ending soon, tmr will need to roll pineapple and fa gao!
