It can accomodate 2 children.

either: 1 newborn + 1 todder
2 toddlers
2 newborns ( you will need an infant carseat with adaptors)

Very good condition 8/10
But it has been used on & off for a year, thus surely can see sign of usage.
No obvious stain/tear on seat fabric. Fully functioning.
