I'm suffering from piles during pregnancy but it doesn't hurt so much until recently around 3 mth plus ago I give birth. Since the day I give birth till now , this piles is killing me. It so pain and itchy and it bleed whenever I have a bowel. It hurt even I don't have constipation. (Loose stood also pain) I'm wondering if any mummy also have this kind of problem? If yes, how do u cure it? And I believe mine is an internal one coz I don't feel any outside. Can anyone help?

g3 superfruit juice is able to help in this. its cooling in nature and able to help in digestive system too!
