These are conspiracy theories, and we can't be sure if it is true or false. I agree that politics and the government of this world can have these plans for the population of the world, but if it is true, the most disturbing thing is that they are using God's name where they swear that this is not real, and people are overreacting. I am going to a Church in Portland Oregon, and I know that people that visit that church will never use the name of God when they are lying because it is a very big sin.
