Pneumococcal Jab

6 in 1 jab consists of :

diphteria, tetanus, whooping cough, haemophilus B, polio and hepatitis B

for me last time Hep B is a separate jab. So i gave my boy 5 in 1 + Hep B + Chicken Pox + Meningitis. But i din bring him for Pneumococcal Jab.

I think 6 in 1 is offered becoz its all combined and saves the hassle of taking so many jabs.

Oh...so not included in 6 in 1 har...I also cannot remember liao...too many vaccinations..Dr said take, we just follow...

hey i m going to take my DS to th jab too. Heard there is 2 kind, 1 is more exp each jab $100+ for 3jabs. This jad last forever as mentioned from doc not too sure hmmmm...

another is each $20+ for 3jabs too, but last 2yrs i think.

My boy prone to flu, and when flu is reali bad, cant sleep at nite coz stuck, den affect parents like us too =(

i have checked out before, some clinics offer but some donx. The clinic downstairs @ my parents place has. $160 one time jab...for older kids like 3yo. Think for newborns nowadays they will offer. But newborns need a few jabs.
