POSB property from loan. Is it a good idea?

I am thinking about opting POSB property loan. Is it a good idea? Can anybody enlighten me on this?

Yes, property loan can't just get better than POSB. They provide property loan at a very low interest rate for specified no. of complete years. This is very helpful and prevents the customer from inflationary fluctuations.
