hi mummies, i will like to check what and how is the healing process for natural birth? I heard my gf saying that it can be very painful esp going toilet.
And sex after that can be painful too.. my gf's cousin abstain from sex for a year due to the pain.. anyone has experience to share? Im having my baby #2, my ist one was c-section, but will like to try natural birth for this time round if possible. thanks
