potty training for boys - urinal or the normal potty?

I wish to potty train my boy and just wondering if i should get a urinal and teach him to stand to pee or sit down to pee.

Any mummies with boys can share how you potty train your boy?

For my twin boys, i got them to stand and pee. First in the bathroom. Then I got them a stool and they will stand on it, pee into the toilet bowl. They got used to it. Took me about 2 months.Now they can pull them their shorts, stand on the stool next to the toilet bowl, pee and then flush the toilet. Every kid is different, so got to experiment to see which method can work.
