I'm currently 14 weeks and started to gain more energy so think I should start all the interesting excercises.
I found an instructor to teach Pre-natal Aqua Excercises but need a total of 6 mother-to-be in order to form a class. So far, I manage to get a friend so need 4 more.
Cost : $170 for 5 sessions
Location : 8 mins walk from Kembangan MRT in a private condo
Time : Prefer weekend mornings or weekday evenings
