Pumping after latchung

Will like to increase my supply. How long to pump after latching? Meaning how many minutes for each side & how many times for each side?

10-15mins each side after each feeding. But take note sometimes this will cause oversupply in some mummies so do this unless you really feel that you have low supply

You can pump 15mins each for left then follow right. Unless you are doing power pump then you can pump 10mins then stop for 5mins then 10mins again.
