Qns for Mummies using Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breast Pump

I just got my Medela Pump In Style Advanced yesterday and I realised that the knot switching the unit on is very loose. It dropped off and I fixed it back right away. But it's still very very loose! Very afraid that it might drop off and I lost it and I can't switch it on anymore.

Does it apply to all PISA or it's a faulty issue of my pump?

Hope mummies reply me asap if you are using the same pump so I could decide if I can exchange it xD

i bought mine second hand and the knob is fine, as in not loose. i think you should get it changed.

Thanks Dearie =D Called Mothercare and they called the supplier. They ask me bring down to svc centre. lol

hope they changed a BN one for u instead of getting it serviced. can't stand it when it is faulty at purchase yet they only 'service' it for u and not do a one for one exchange.

I steam sterilize the tube in advent steamer and the tube went cloudy white . Is it ok???

I believe it's e steam from the sterilizer. Mine had the same prob but it cleared up soon after tt
