red dots on the neck

my bb ger has some red dots on her neck. a few days ago, it was only a small patch in the middle (whr her chin touch her chest), then it kinda spread to the sides of the neck and the sides of the chin. any mummies experience this? is it heat rashes? any cream or balm to apply? :embarrassed:

My nb has this not sure if exactly the same. Just try to clean and dry the neck folds if possible. Quite difficult to get in there!

Also if you have a nb it can be hormonal too.

Hi,
My son (four months old) have similar type of reddish spots. It started to spread on either side of the neck behind the ears and few along the cheeks. I saw a few under his arm pits, tummy folds and back today. Any suggestions please?
