I had just delivered my baby 4 months old, am feeling very anxious to slim down for 2 important weddings in Nov. Anyway, I begin to take up running as a form of exercise. Recently, I was told by my friends that running is not good for ladies, as it will caused your vagina to loosen and might even affect future fertility. Is that true?
Anyone care to share their thoughts on this? Besides jogging, what other form of exercise do you take up to slim down.
