Self-weaning?

My son is currently 14 months, all along TBF direct latch. Since 12 months, I intro him to fresh milk for breakfast and he takes it quite well in his beaker.

Recently, he seems not so keen in nursing. Sometimes he will nurse, sometimes he don't want to (suckle for less than 30s and unlatch). When he doesn't want to latch, I offer him fresh milk in his beaker which he will take. Is this consider self-weaning? Should I continue to offer nursing or just let him wean off and give fresh milk directly in replacement? Some mummies mention that kids usually don't self wean before 2?

His typical schedule:
7am - wake
7.30am - breakfast (fresh milk + bread/cereal/muffin/plain chwee kueh)
10.15am - snack (biscuit) + breastfeed
10.30am - nap
11.30am - wake
12.15pm - lunch (porridge/rice with soup/pasta/mee sua) + fruit/yogurt
3.15pm - snack (biscuit) + breastfeed
3.30pm - nap
5pm - wake
6pm - dinner (porridge/rice with soup/pasta/mee sua) + fruit/yogurt
8.15pm - breastfeed
8.30pm - sleep

Yea you can consider self weaning, because he don't like latch at all, maybe he like to fully eat solids and fresh milk, but in this age to early you stop latching from you.
