when i give birth is on 2011 and i put on 18kg:eek:10:, i tried a variety of ways to lose weight but still can't slim down, when you get Older your metabolism will slow! 2012 i decide quit my Trainer job and open my own beauty salon, then i can have more time with my little princess, in a same time i can concentrate my slimming programme, and i lost 12kg in 45days! cheers!

My slimming programme
morning - wake up at 6.30am-7am
- lite breakfast
- 11am go to my salon and do RF Slimming
(for who not lazy and have time to do exercise can do in the morning 8am-9am, min 1hrs)

afternoon - 1.30pm lunch (vegetable or fish, no carbohydrate)
- 4pm-5pm ( fruits time)

evening - 7pm-8pm (meal replacement & fruits)
