Spots on baby's legs

My 7mth baby is having some spots on his legs.. They are small, a little red but not itchy (as he is not scratching them)..

Does anyone know what they are? Are they any cause for concern?

it would be caused by accessive moisture, or simply dirty bed sheet

maybe the laundry you used... you can used the laundry sanitizer... i hope your baby is ok...
