Support in other countries for special needs children

Hi as inspired by another mummy, earthliving, will like to know what kind of govt support that are given to their pple with special needs children in other countries?

Anyone knows the kind of support/govt subsidies that are given to citizens with special needs kids in other countries? It'll be interesting to compare...

My wife and dear chloe are both Aust citizens and i have not really checked but what i know is every child will be given financial assistance monthly etc.
