tightening feeling at 6w

Hi

Anyone experienced tummy tightening at 6w?

It's like as if u are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.

This is my friend's 2nd pregnancy and she never felt that for her 1st pregnancy.

My wife is in her 2nd pregnancy. For both, she's felt tightening (like cramping she says) in the first trimester.
