Trace back where we have replied and wat we have posted ourselves

Hi, I was hoping to be able to track back where have i replied before or wat have i posted before coz wenever i replied to a topic, i forgotten abt it and the commenting or replies stopped there. Maybe u can put it under our account section where we can trace back easily. Or maybe u have this service but i am not sure of it. Hahaha....
