i am looking to transfer my filipino helper out.
she is 31 years old ,married with 3 girls aged 10,8,and 6.
she has work in singapore for 3 years now.
her strenght are she can cook very well,we practically dont have to worry of what to eat every day.she does all the cleaning before we wake up for the day.
she does washing,cleaning without supervision,she does the ironing without us asking with no complain with the cloths that she iron.
she had only been with me us for almost 2month now.
she does marketing on her on.
i could say she is smart.she understand english well
her previous employers a huge family.
Why do i want to transfer her out just after 2 month is because she wanted every sunday off.and is a must that she want off every week.
my husband just got a project in brunei so i will be alone taking care of my baby if the helper go on off day which i really meed someone to be with me since my husband is not around,and i feel that all she care is her off day instead of offer to help me with going no off even though i offer to compensate her off with salary
she carries her phone around.she will just answer her phone automatically if her phones rang.
i wasnt firm enough from the beginning to tell her not to carry her phone with her.
her current salary is $450 with 4 sunday off every month.
