Bukit Timah Shopping Centre houses the most maid agencies in Singapore, can go there to check out their rates. However, as it houses so much agencies, thus it can get a little frustrating as you go in 1 by 1 to talk to the sales person...

Otherwise, you can try GreatLink on 1st floor, I am using their service and I find the rates very reasonable... Agency fee only $77... There are some that do not require agency fees even... So you really need to go and walk around and take a look...

Different agencies has different strengths... Some specialises in Indonesian, some specialiases in Filippinos. You gotta ask them what is their stregnth of maids before you decide which agency to shortlist...
