using odd expression looking at you when you say you are single mum?

i'm 26 this year i've a boy coming 3yo.
im not officially divorce just hit the 3yr to file.
but have seperate with "him" before my boy is born.
whenever i say im single mum ppl gives me eyes, with odd look.
do these people understand that i don have a choice. not i wanna be single mum.

hi.. i guess worst is when you said you are single and young parent as well..
people are gross.. disgusting.. they will stare at you and question you like you are the rarest animal on earth.
sometimes i rather keep quiet.
bcos they are just being kpo. . like reading tabloid magazine.
