variscose veins

hihi....anybody had variscose veins after their pregnancy? or are there anyone who are using any creams/methods to prevent it?

my mama had after having 3 of us...coz she was a teacher and she had to stand most of the time while she was pregnant with us......but, i also heard that it is hereditary...

any idea??:wong10:

my mum had ugly varicose veins everywhere on her legs but i din.

as long as prop yr feet up while sitting will do the trick, or everyday when u come home, prop up yr feet for at least 30 mins. U can do tat while watching tv.

i din have any at all :)
