wake baby fr nap after meds or wait until self wake up?

Hi, I had to give drowsy meds to my baby and it was 4pm. Her usual before bedtime milk is 730pm. And herusual interval between 2 milk feeds is 3.5hr. Should I wake her for her 730 pm milk or not? Do you wake your baby up for milk if under meds or do u wait till they wake up on their own?

Usually i will wait for baby to wake up as i believe sufficient sleep will help baby to recover faster (same as us adults).
But i will monitor and ensure that he has at least 5 wet diapers a day so i know he is not dehydrating.
If not then i will still let him sleep longer maybe instead of 3.5 hr feed to 4.5 hr feed?

Thanks for sharing. Turns out I didn't have to wake her up. Her timing is so accurate that she wakes up on the dot and asks for milk... Lol!

i would try to wake up the baby for milk. they will wake up when they feel hungry...

Spoke to another mommy n was told baby meds r non drowsy n thus baby will not over sleep..
