Hi everyone,
I'm a first-time stay-at-home mom of twin boys (7 months old). I have been breastfeeding them and also been pumping milk at the beginning. However, since a few months pumping does not work for me anymore, so now I want to learn the art of hand expression. I read that it is useful to build up milk supply and I would like to also build up a little stock for when I'm not around or to use in solid food mixes.
Can anyone recommend a friendly lactation consultant that can come to my house and teach me?
Thanks for any recommendation in advance!
