What fish other than Threadfin?

Hi mummies,

What fish other than threadfin is good for 1 year old babies? My mum insists on threadfin is the best for now cos it's easier to digest and not mercury contaminated etc. So far my boy has been having threadfin, pork or chicken in his porridge along with other veges.

Read from some sources it's better to stick to white colored type of fish first. Is cod fish ok? What about salmon, is it ok for 1 year old babies?

Can buy red grouper,ang go le,ang jo,as long as big fish ,can eat,scrap the flesh before u cook.

don't forget the humble ikan bilis/silver fish. very high in calcium cos they eat the bones with it..
