What should i start giving to my 4 mth?

4 mth baby currently on FM.
Im totally clueless what am i suppose to feed him other then FM.
My mil n mum seems clueless too. Gosh!

Hi, can feed ur baby cereal already. Mix the cereal with milk n feed him.

yeah agree, 4 months too early to introduce food other than milk. Better to start around 6 months onwards.

I read also that babies need to differentiate between food and milk. Food needs to be fed from a spoon. Milk from the bottle/boob.

Only in instances where babies have severe reflux, doctors will suggest cereal in bottles. Maybe you can get advice from your baby's PD during the next visit.
