Hi mummies

When do you start washing/cleaning your breast pump and milk bottles to prepare for the arrival of your precious one?

Do you need to sterilise them?

you must do it when baby is born. You need to sterilize everything til baby is 6 months old, even the tongs. Once sterilized, you must use them within 24h... well, this is what I did to avoid any contamination.

Do you use breast pump? Do you sterilise them before using it for the 1st time too?
