Where can I find evening dress for 10 years old about 39 kg?

Where can I find the evening dress for wearing on wedding day but also can wear on normal day . I look at Kiddy palace causeway Point and Metro but it is too small cannot find one suitable. I find at this website my DD like it but I cannot buy . Anyone can share where can I buy?
