I have a maid, but I sent my 4 yo gal to childcare. My sister staying with me, she got 1 small 3.5 yo + 1 big 7 yo, both at childcare and after school care.

I personally don't think that anyone can do housework and take care bb at the same time, sure cannot balance. Yes, I agreed that children go infant / child care sure will fall sick, but bo pian, occassionally I take leave or occassionally leave the children to maid is ok, but full time wise, I don't think so.

If children need to stay at home with maid alone, I will tell the maid, today, all housework cannot finish never mind, children is first priority, and I will also try to tabao, so that there is not so much washing after diner.
