Would like to know the likelihood of unwed single mother appealling to buy resale hdb

I would like to find out what is the likelihood for an unwed single mother to be able to appeal to buy a resale 3 room HDB flat?

Has anyone appealed successfully before?

I m Msian converted Singaporean. Just bought a resale with my mother as occupier, she holding long term visit pass in Singapore. My dad passed away and they do not have any property here. This is my situation, just FYI only....

icic, can i check if you are under 35 and have successfully appealed to buy the resale flat?
