WTG-Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo Reciept

My fisher price jumperoo broke on one side while my baby is jumping in it.
I wrote an complaint email to Fisher Price but they will only replace the parts if i have the receipt but unfortunately i don't have.
Any kind soul happen to have reciept can u please email me.

Hi i think that u may have attached the fisherprice string wrongly. The string shld be inside the frame not outside. The last time i placed wrongly it send my daughter swinging to the ground too. Fortunately she didnt touch the floor. It jus gave hr a shock.
