Just to share that I recently have adopted a yogurt a day regime and I find it very good... All along I am aware of the goodness yogurt brings and recently I searched on the net that yogurt can control fat and weight... indeed it seems to improve my metabolic rate... I am making yogurt myself using sachets bought from a local baking shop. The system is from New Zealand. I think this is a very healthy way to control weight and so on...
btw, it is cheaper and better to make it yourself as some yogurt bought from the shelves do not have any more good bacteria as they were brought to high temperature in the pastuerization process
