Does any one of u uses a iphone here or wants to have an iphone badly? Why ?

Got hint that i'd have an iphone for xmas present...

Any review, raves and rants abt iphone?
Understand that it doesnt allow video calls , true ?:err:

i'm using an iphone now, just got it a few days ago as a xmas pressie.
i would think this iphone thingy is just a trend baa.
yeah i think cant video call cos no camera in the front.
maybe the functions wise is can play games n such.
n the phone mem is big?

i also dunno. hahaha~

if you're one of those online fanatic, then iphone is good for you. like those constantly on msn, twitter, or spend hours watchin youtube. its web navigation is good and fast. other than that, if you are looking for a good cam or somethin like smart phone.. then iphone will not meet your criterias liao lor..iphone more for media entertaintment stuff..

My pet peeve is the battery. Iphone's battery is internal and runs out very fast. I find myself charging everyday and I don't even surf the net that much on my phone! Having internal battery means can't get a spare one *sigh*.. My fren was telling me abt this china made iphone compatible spare battery cum charger but I don't dare to buy, so scared that it will spoil the phone, or worse cause an explosion.

I like the games downloads for iphone. Keeps my kids (even the bb!) entertained when we are out on weekends.

I am quite fanatic abt msn etc..but where can i do all the surfing.. Gotten this iphone as a gift and I am still trying to drain the battery away since
sun b4 i charge it. Was told to drain away the battery b4 charging to use...

Mayb I didnt insert the sim charge thus cant really navigate the phone to see the actual entertaining functions for surfing... hehehe

can teach me, this 1st time iphone user?

r u using the data plan? they will give u 12gb to use for surfing, if not, if u use the normal plan, will be very expensive.

Yup, I agree and I am using 1 of the iflexi plans from singtel.

yes dear. im using starhub.
cos im using my normal phone plan, not the iphone plan so need to add in the data plan for the 12gb if not they will charge me differently. think the data plan is $9.

btw, iphone dont have those bluetooth headset lik the other phones?? cos my hubby need a bluetooth headset when he is wking worr...

I thought the phone should come preloaded with all these?

yes it is preload with this, but if u dun use the iphone plan the charges r expensive.
if use iphone plan, then it will be $9 for the 12 gb. if i m not wrong.

Eh, not really..when i was waiting for all the bill and contract procedures to be ready, the SA who was attending to me, told me that there wont be any video call support and blue tooth but there is compatible bluetooth handfree for iphone...


u may wanna explore further on it.. i know cant video call as there is no camera in front but ask to confirm the fact.. hahaancing_tongue:

thanks alot... I am quite 'idotic' an iphone user coz 1st time using an iphone and also 1st time using a touch screen phone...hehe

thanks alot! i must really go explore my iphone soon...i am still trying to drain out the initial battery life of my iphone then charge le then use...this is advised by the SA who sold me the phone...

the batt indicator is like not moving a millilitre! haha

Btw, do u know where I can get the screen protector for ipone. got one but i flop in doing the application .. now got alot of bubble betw the screen and the phone.. so disappointed with myself..haha...

I bought mine from a shop specialising in Apple products in Plaza Singapura last time.. I got the sales guy to do it for me cos I am not gd at that too.

I think you shld be able to get frm Sim Lin Sq or those hp accessories shop now.
