ola, came back....check-up so far so good.
few days ago, i had my dizzy spell, doc said that one maybe i pushed too hard to jog under the hot sun (betwn 10 to 11+am) and since I do frequent running, gotta take in food containing carb at least in a day's meal...kalo tak no energy to yg buat mabuk
Blood pressure, heart-beat smua normal range....Phew!!!!!
U gals, go enjoy gi Arab St tmr. My son's bday besok tu sbb i tak boleh merayap, then at night, i gotta bake for masjid event plak.
Ana- i saw the shawl u chope ngan Kak Rose....beautiful. I blum terpakai pun, insya-allah March nanti i try. Nak kasi slim lagi muka and body frame I ni baru lahh tak bulat sangat muka. Nvm, still have 2 more weeks to work out.

Yup yup... tepi jalan.. saw the place mcm nice gitu. Tot nak pegi sana on saturday.
Ambience in the evening, kalo eat there, very nice and cooling, I would give 8 stars out of 10. But food wise, nothing WOW, biasa2 aje just like other seafood restrnt. Price wise ala-carte eg $4-5-6 plus. Many families like to makan2 there together. Can try lahh

Yes ade seafood there..C my Photo album at FB (cici birthday)The food ok2 lah..the chili crab pun ok lah,gravy tak lokek..overall 8/10...
Yup, went there last year. If pusing2 kat town area, very small nothing much to see, quiet and laid-back. Unless u wanna lepak kat resort2 sana by the beach, sun, sand, sea holz, ok jugak if with kids. For that trip, we flew to KLIA then hired a car baru drove up to Kuantan... (hubby pemalas nak drive long journey) Y, plan nak go there ke ? I have photos but blum upload mana2 pun. Mcm dahh tak kuasa nak upload pic lagi. :001_302:

how old is she ? Tell her, careful on slippery floor, orang tua ni smua, asal jgn jatuh sudah esp when they have heart prob. Takut jatuh nanti stroke pulak kena.
wahh, so generous your ratings :001_302:. My hubby and I,kita suka compare any local halal seafood with the Chai Chee Seafood restrnt. Kalo tak setanding Chai Chee Seafood....low ratings lahh nampak gaya.
