Hi Mummyboi,

I love boys so though my first born is a son but I still love to have another boy so was a bit disappointed that this round is a girl. Still coming to terms with it though I know it's a bit silly of me to whine over such mattter when there are many out there dying to be pregnant.

How about you? You love having a girl since your first child is a boy?

Hi everyone, Im new here. Also due in August. Just went for my scan last week, which is week 16 for me and my gynae told me 80% baby girl.... So excited cos i only have nephews n is always tempted to buy those girl stuff...:Dancing_wub:

It's the most exciting part of pregnancy to me. hee!! Are you going for any bf classes or antel natel class? This is my 2nd baby. Think I would go just for bf class as my son did not latch on previously so I had to pump all the way for 8 months. Hope this time be easier!!

Hi Doaemon,

My gynae told me that 80% be a baby girl.. i will deliever my bb at TMC but i live quite far from TMC.. so i don't think i will go there for any classes.. I attended the baby care class with my colleague at SGH and will learn Breast feeding 2 weeks later..

me too.. will be giving birth at TMC and my edd is 14 Aug... who is ur gynae?? my gynae is Joycelyn Wong

Hi Chipchip,

Most likely I would be attending the bf class in Mt Alvernia Hospital. I am still pondering whether to join TMC's Mrs Wong class instead. But I would be delivering in Mt A so think it would be cost wise to stick to Mt A. I have bought some newborn baby girl clothes..hee, hee!! refreshing pinks and whites compared to shopping for the blues for my son.

yeah.. lots pple saying mrs wong classes r good .. u may consider to join? is it much more expensive for u to join ??
i have bought some neworn baby girl as i think my family will buy for my bb .. and i will get some second hand clothes from my sister' sister in law :)

Was told by my gynae that it looks like a boy 3 weeks ago. :) Gynae will be confirming the gender this thursday. Was hoping for a girl but nevermind lah.. healthy can already.

hi doraemon,
how's your tummy now? so is it bb girl or boy? I still don't know the gender yet, now i'm around the 16 week, when actually we could find out for bb gender?

My Edd maybe around 20's aug, my next check up would be on the 20th week on April and will do the ultrasound scanning too, maybe by then can tell the gender..? hehe... so for the time being still can not shop around for bb clothes...

I think i will go for A class since this is my first baby and i m inexperience in everything!

hi all....just want to check out with you all ...anyone feel the bb movement yet?? few days ago after afternoon nap while laying on bed I felt my below abdomen "thumping" 3 times a light one, sometimes the light movement i felt on my side waist, sometimes at the centre.....was it the baby or i sprain something......... hehe anyone felt the same?? maybe 2nd time mummy can gv adv too.....

I felt my bb movement since i was in week 16.. now i feel my bb movement quite often.. mayb 6-8 times per day ... i always feel my bb movement when i sit my hubby car.. hahah maybe my scared my hubby driving skill hahah

I would be attending breast-feeding class at Mt A. Won't be attending baby care class as this is my 2nd child :) Take care!!Writing from Hoi An, Vietnam as on short holiday here now!

I have attended the breast- feeding course at SGH with my colleague recently as it's quite near where we work!.. the speaker at SGH was quite good.. :)

My detailed scan will be on my bdae nxt mth...Kinda nervous n excited...Btw, have u guys felt baby kickin yet...Am still quite doubtful as sometimes i felt thers kickin...How does a baby kickin feels like? anyone?????
