Why don't you try out the carriers at Square2's Baby Slings and Carriers, or Isetan Scott has the Manduca in it's baby section.
I personally would get the Manduca. It is really comfy, and versatile. But then again, different carriers...
I love my Ergo carriers! It is super easy to breastfeed while on the go.. I would love to try the Beco, but have read many reviews, and some people have mentioned that it is not as easy to breastfeed in it compared to the ergo.

It's best to change baby every 2-3hours, or when there is poop. What kind of rash is your girl having? Is it on the whole diaper area, on the bum, or on the front? There could be a few factors causing the rash
1) sensitivity to damp/wet diapers
