hi, pls do not take in bird nest too often. once a week or twice per month will be enough. pls do research in the internet on birdnest + pregnancy.... i rem it's not very good to consume too much as it will cause coughing and asthma problem in ur child in future.

i heard prediasure give lots of teeth problem if u feed them for long... as it's too swt.... i only give it to my son when he is super sick with no appetite. dentists told us it might casue decay if u take in too muh of pediasure..

pampers is very good. i've been using pampers brand since my boy 1st day of birth. :D i only use pampers pull up when we are going out, at home, normally i will use modern cloth diaper and during nap time, pampers tape diaper. coz pull up pants cost more, so i only us it when we are going out...

i didnt shave my son hair during his one month, only cut for the sake of cutting, just a little ... as bb head are soft , i dun like the idea of having all the hair off, as the head is very important, only until the 4th month, den i shave it off, but, i still leave a portion of head in his front...

oh i drove car all the way till the last day of preggy days, as i'm giving birth right in the morning the very next day... hee... didnt affect me too much while preggy. no diff actually
