i take Mum-2-be, a supplement that was prescribed to me by my gynae since pregnancy and can be taken for lactation... =)

oh i see.. that's really very bad, i had to tahan pain too even though mine was only one side.. drink more water and vitamin Cs.. try not to eat heaty food for the time being.. and maybe perhaps tilt your nipple in a way that your baby's teeth dont land directly over the wound every time you...

or maybe pump on the injured breast and latch on the non-injured breast? you are welcome.. i was wounded twice (once on each breast at different timing)... tried the chinese xi gua shuang 西瓜霜 but find this bonjela method much better...

for me it was a deep wound as my baby's teeth were fully grown.. and i continued latching at night, so it healed after 1-2 weeks... but bonjela has numbing effect, and i find that it speeds up the healing... =p

i actually apply bonjela (as it is a teething gel, i think it is safe to consume)..

One thing to note is you cant take Fenugreek anymore as i hear it causes contraction... The bottle label also states not to consume during pregnancy...

i am pumping in the toilet, as there's no lactation room at my work place.. the last time a HR officer suggest I go to a neighbouring shopping centre to pump instead..

i fed my baby with fish porridge.. then my mummy says my baby's poo smell of fish.. =p

dear mummies, wonder if any of you eat at least one portion of fish per day daywhile breastfeeding? even if you eat low mercury fish, will it still mean we will have a lot of mercury accumulated in our bodies in the end?
