Eat anything but in moderation! Too much tonics if body cannot take it will cause negative reaction. Best is to check with gynae if you have question as I believe gynae knows your condition best :) All the best!

Hmm, I've seen online saying newborns do not need any other fluid intake if they are breastfeeding as all the nutrients will be sufficient for the baby. Too much water will cause the baby to 'wash off' the nutrients.. not too sure how true. Better check with doc?
