Is he on BM or FM? If on BM and feeding him regularly, you don't need to give him any water bcos the water content in your BM is sufficient. Sorry FM, i don't know bcos I am on BM for my BB. :P

I have been trying to let him sleeping on his tummy since birth too but is on daytime, not vey "fang xin" cause there is possiblity that he may suffocated when he sleep flat on his face ... so only through close monitoring where I let him sleep on tummy.

I presume what you have is auto pump ... what you can do is to get your husband or mother to hold the pump for you while you concentrate on feeding your baby ... I am using a manual pump so can't advise you much on your issue.
