My csect was scheduled on 12 march but 9 march morning i had bloody discharge..then i went to labour ward. Doc checked cervix was softened..but no contractions..however baby heartbeat was dropping so she said better csect now..i was so not prepared..:eek: but thankfully everything is over...

Congrats too jadeite! How r u coping with ur wound? I think csect isnt as bad as i thought..just the first 2 days was quite bad..n standing up to walk was a challenge initially.
Im on BF too..and its really tiring..hardly have time to rest
Icic..so far i think epidural seems to be the most commonly used..but did you feel anything during the op?
I'll be going for my gynae consultation on mon..thereafter my csect should be scheduled on wed..

No prob=) do get the post op surgical binder..i read that it helps in e recovery n lessens e pain..i checked tt tmc pharmacy sells it..i will b getting it before i go for the op..n request for thm to help mi put it on aft the op lol..
And dont scare urself wif bad csect stories..i tried reading...
Hihi..care to share your postnatal massage lady's contact? Also, the massage she does is it painful? And does she use a cloth binder ? Full body massage or just tummy? Thanks
My gynae did try abit of ECV on me when i was at 36wks and baby still breeched..however she didnt offer it again the next checkup..probably success rate not v high plus she dont wana disturb the baby..and no doubt tt ECV might cause certain complications..
I was also worried that breastfeeding...
Jadeite, don b disappointed that you cant experience natural birth..maybe if u do go thru natural, might end up an emergency csect due to bb too big or other stuff? At least now having an elective c sect u can be mentally prepared as well=) and the most impt is that the baby comes out...
I guess at tis stage we are all experiencing thr same kind of mixed emotions..me too, i cant wait to have my bb out as the pelvic pain is torturing me..yet scared of the pain aft birth..nevertheless, lets all jiayou! :)

I did some research online and i think im having Symphilis pubis dysfunction..haiz...whereby the bones at the pubic area gets too loose..gona see my gynae..

Btw any ladies here experience pain at the groin and inner thigh area? Tis few days iv been experiencing it whn walking but this morning it got really bad till iv difficulty walking as the pain is excruciating w each step..and it is only not...
Icic..so u will have to do e moxibustion everyday till baby turns? So far do u feel ur bb moving vigorously after u hv done it? My gynae also doesnt think my bb will turn already..
