    I guess it also helps not to worry too much, stay positive and talk to baby often. Let nature do its wonders. :) Even if going on fours doesn't help turn your baby, it will reduce the stress on your back. Why don't you give it a try?

    Hi, On 2 March, my gynae is going to check if I have started dilating (when the cervix opens) and effacing (when the cervix thins). She said it will hurt a bit. Can anyone share what this check entails? Any way of reducing the discomfort/pain experienced at such a check?

    Hi ratna, Like you, my tummy didn't show. In fact, some of my colleagues didn't even know I was preggie until my third trimester! As long as you go for your regular gynae check-up to ensure that you and baby are healthy, there's nothing to worry about. Just enjoy the journey! :)
