1st time Mom at 37 YO :)

Hello all, I am a 1st time mom and this is the 1st mummy forum I joined since learning of my pregnancy. My EDD is Nov. 2013. Hope to learn from both the new & experienced moms here One of the major consideration that my hubby & i are discussing now is should we hire a maid or a daytime nanny to care for our newborn next year. Can someone give some advice? Thanks in adv.
