Usually I eat only when I'm hungry. And that's the only time i feel movement, which is before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner. Once i have eaten, there's no more movements.During pregnancy,our body system inside is abit crampy n squeezy.. As our baby grows more,tummy will be harder too cuz can feel baby's bones at times too.. To help digest n adsorb better,eat meals in smaller portions n chew longer b4 u swallow,eat when u feel hungry,stop when u dun.. Tats how I prevent my throwing up n heartburn problem..
