Actually muz drink logan red dates drinks everyday will be good and no cool drinks allow cos no good for health. But i do bath daily and wash my hair like twice a day. And also drink hot soup which will make me feel even hot but no choic still have to endure for the time being... Me also sleep in aircon room every nite if no too hot cant get to sleep. Juz endure and will be over very soon de..
