Dear Mommies,
My 4 mth old baby is down with flu, blocked nose, mucus in nose and throat. Any suitable and effective western or chinese medications / methods to relieve her or better, cure her?
Currently am cleaning her nostrils frequently with wet cotton buds, giving her probiotics/neobiotics, lowering down the fan's power, bathe her at 11am and 5pm (weekends), tried manually sucking mucus out from her nostrils but very difficult to do. eeeyewww (i know) but desperate la. seen doc and was given iladin. must have got the virus from her elder sis. aldy been 2-3 days liao. however, no fever. she still drinks her milk and water as usual. muccus yellowish in col. she's snorting like a piglet (wahahaha) but pity her and myself coz both didn't get enough rest. therefore i also kena flu from her.
any good pd or gp to recommend? I guess all will give the same med and advice huh? TIA
